为切实维护校园交通安全秩序，依据《关于维护校园交通安全实施 “禁摩限电” 的意见》及相关管理规定，我校持续深化 “禁摩限电” 专项工作。现将有关事项公告如下：

To effectively maintain the order of campus traffic safety, in accordance with the Opinions on Maintaining Campus Traffic Safety and Implementing the "Motorcycle Ban and E-Vehicle Restriction" and relevant management regulations, our university continues to deepen the special work of "Motorcycle Ban and E-Vehicle Restriction". Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

一、严格通行车辆管理

I. Strict Management of Passing Vehicles

自 2025 年 9 月 29 日起，校内仅允许持有 “白底绿字” 及 “绿底白字” 正式校园铭牌的电动车通行。任何无牌、假牌电动车及摩托车严禁在校园内通行与停放。

Starting from September 29, 2025, only electric vehicles (E-vehicles) with official campus plates (either "white background with green characters" or "green background with white characters") are permitted to operate on campus. Any unlicensed or counterfeit-licensed E-vehicles and motorcycles are strictly prohibited from passing through or parking on campus.

二、规范电动车停放

II. Standardized Parking of E-Vehicles

持有有效铭牌的电动车，须严格停放在指定区域。违规停放车辆将由管理人员清理至集中存放点。车主需凭学生证或校园卡前往领取，首次违规者予以批评教育，第二次通报至所属学院处理，第三次将予以车辆扣押。

E-vehicle owners with valid campus plates must park their vehicles strictly in designated areas. Vehicles parked in violation will be moved to a centralized storage location by campus management staff. To retrieve the vehicle, the owner must present their student ID card or campus card. The first violator will receive criticism and education; the second violation will be reported to the owner’s college for handling; and the third violation will result in vehicle impoundment.

三、集中处理违规车辆

III. Centralized Handling of Violating Vehicles

学校将组织工作专班对违规车辆进行集中清理与暂扣，违规车辆将被统一转移至指定存放点（相山校区：16 栋学生公寓西南侧停车场；滨湖校区：东环山路），车主须凭有效证件自行认领并将车辆处理移出校园。

The university will organize a special working team to centrally clear and temporarily impound violating vehicles. These vehicles will be uniformly transferred to designated storage locations (Xiangshan Campus: Parking lot on the southwest side of Student Dormitory Building 16; Binhu Campus: Donghuanshan Road). Vehicle owners must claim their vehicles in person with valid documents and handle the removal of the vehicles from the campus.

四、严肃处理违规行为

IV. Severe Handling of Violations

所有无牌及假牌车辆一经发现，扣留并登记车主信息。车主须自行处置车辆，严禁再次驶入校园。严厉禁止倒卖、伪造、盗窃校园铭牌，故意损坏、涂画遮挡铭牌，或使用非法来源铭牌等行为。一经查实上述行为，将严格按照学校有关规定给予涉事人员相应处理。

All unlicensed and counterfeit-licensed vehicles will be detained and the owner’s information will be registered once discovered. Owners must dispose of their vehicles by themselves and are strictly prohibited from driving them into the campus again. The resale, forgery, or theft of campus plates, intentional damage, painting, or covering of plates, or use of plates from illegal sources are strictly prohibited. Once the above behaviors are verified, the involved personnel will be given corresponding penalties in strict accordance with the university’s relevant regulations.

五、规范服务单位车辆

V. Standardized Management of Vehicles for Service Units

各第三方服务单位工作人员上下班使用的三轮车、电动车等私人车辆不得进出校园。为保障服务运转所需的校内运输车辆，由服务单位统一配置车辆并报备，纳入学校铭牌管理体系。

Private vehicles such as tricycles and E-vehicles used by staff of third-party service units for commuting are not allowed to enter or exit the campus. For on-campus transport vehicles required to ensure service operations, the service units shall uniformly allocate the vehicles, report them for record, and incorporate them into the university’s plate management system.

六、统一清理无主车辆

VI. Unified Clearance of Unclaimed Vehicles

对集中存放后长期无人认领的无主违规车辆，学校将于本学年寒假期间进行公开处理。

Unclaimed violating vehicles that have been stored centrally and remain unclaimed for a long time will be publicly disposed of by the university during the winter break of this academic year.
